Hola C Bright's Story
Sometimes, in your lifetime you wonder to yourself "Am I making the right decision?" That's exactly what happened with Hola C Bright and me. Hola C Bright was the most "meant to be" situation I've ever had happen in my life...
A little background, I was having a difficult year when I lost the horse of my dreams in March when he broke his leg in his paddock. In June my grandmother passed at the age of 99 and in July I lost my 12 yr old Golden Retriever. I felt like I had a dark cloud over my head. To be open about it, I had many discussions with the guy upstairs because I couldn't understand why he took Jaguar Hope. I can come to terms about my grandmother and my dog. They both had long full good lives but Jag had so much promise and life to live. I think He heard me.
The day after Palmer died I received a phone call from one of my dear friends. I wrote about the whole experience on my blog From Racehorse to Showhorse.
Hola vetted out well and has since shipped to Traverse City and to the barn where I also keep Toby.
And the story behind Hola's name and connections and me is something most peculiar: my blog.
