Ipswich Equine Rescue Corp. Ma & Tx is a federal/state exempt 501(C)3 nonprofit equine rescue. IER has been saving OTTB's since the late 80's.We are dedicated to saving all horses from neglect,abuse and slaughter. In 94 we started the PREMARIN FOAL MISSION in Massachusetts, working closely with HSUS. We bid directly against the Killer Buyers and horse brokers to allow any equine a viable second chance at a new career.We have rescued, rehabbed and placed over 4500 equines into loving, caring, qualified adoptive homes.Any potential adopter must be pre-approved with references before going onto the second phase of our Adoption Process.Our forte is working with the graceful,athletic, sensitive, regal majestic Off Track Thoroughbreds.IER helps out any horse in need. We also work with and support many other equine rescues.

For the past 19 years we have worked closely with HSUS,MANES&TALES EQUINE RESCUE,EQUINE VOICE, SERENITY ACRES, UAN PREMARIN ORG.TRINA BELLECK"S AHDF, SPIRIT ACRES RESCUE &SANCTUART,RERUN,E.P.O.N.A,STEVE REI'S NERC, UPF, TRACS, ADOPT-A-HORSE,MA,TEXAS HUMANE LEGISLATIVE NETWORK ,PAULA BACON, KAUFMAN MAYOR, HABITAT 4 HORSES,and several other IRS tax exempt nonprofit equine rescues.We also support many horsemen that rescue equines and offer them a safe haven forever privately.
