Bio
I live in Lexington, KY. I work full time at Amazon.com. I help out at Our Mims Retirement Haven.
Horse experience
I worked at Aqueduct racetrack in 1994, with little stints at Belmont Park, River Downs, Beulah Park, Turfway, and Churchill Downs. In 1997 I started riding lessons and rode for about 3 1/2 years, learning first level dressage.
FOB activities
I have been following MHR and the Mike Rea Blogspot, plus all the horse racing, as well as antislaughter. I also help out at Our Mims Retirement Haven. I went to the Barbaro unveiling ceremony at Churchill Downs and have gone on various farm tours; Vinery, Claiborne, Three Chimneys, Darley, Ashford, Lanes End, Adena Springs, and Hill N' Dale. I have also toured Old Friends and the Horse Park and went to see Lentenor when he raced at Keeneland.
